Bbq Pork Belly

Barbeque…… who doesn’t love bbq? this recipe is one if my favourite as it is very easy to prepare, a simple and stait forward homecooked meal. You can finish in charcoal grill to get that smokey flavour or you can just do it in a pan. Yes, Will tell you how to do a barbecue in the pan…..
Ingredients:
1 kg pork belly boiled in cloves, bay leaf, salt n pepper for 30 mins. Then slice in your desired serving portions.
Then Marinate with 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/ 2 cup tomato ketsup, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 3 cloves mince garlic and some lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Procedures:
Heat pan with olive oil then add in pork belly. Seared on both side until it caramelise. Add in the rest of the marinade mix and sommer for 2-3 minutes until sauce is reduce.
Serve hot with your favourite steam vegetables and potatoes.
